Talking about the weather

Isn't there some law about snowing in England when its only a week from March?

Brrrrr... Anyone got a scarf please?

  • i believe the law is "if it snowed in January last year, it will snow in Feb. this year..."

    ...this also means that we can expect snow in March next year, April the year after and so on...
