I've Been Paroled!

My last day at my old job was Thursday of last week. I thought I'd share the cake my co-workers bought for my last day.

  • Thank you! It was indeed a lovely day. I wasn't nervous. In fact it felt as if I had come home again. Everyone is friendly, kind and eager to welcome the new kid. And I am thrilled to be the new kid.

    The next challenge will be living up to my potential.

    Oh, and don't worry about potential - just be you, and everything will be fine. "Potential" is just that thing people hold over you to try and motivate but usually just feels like they're putting you down....
